The world is going to hell in a high speed handbag and half of Nova Scotia can't even be bothered to vote.
That suggests we are in an existential crisis far worst than the one we were in during the 1950s, when we all went around unsuccessfully pretending thst we weren't all about to die from a nuclear war.
Even in that extended period of blue funk, NS voters went to the polls in record numbers : 80% plus - about twice as much as they do today, when voting itself is made much much easier !
Greens offer the world a passion-filled vision of hope to this troubled world now facing environmental disaster instead of nuclear disaster.
But we aren't conveying that passion, or that hope, very well.
At least not here in Nova Scotia...
